At the Intersolar international trade fair in Munich, Shanghai Electric, ILB Helios Holding AG, and HeliosExpert Romania officially signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement targeting the battery and energy storage systems (BESS / ESS) market in Romania.
The three partners are pooling their core competencies to optimally serve Romania’s rapidly growing renewable energy sector.
